Job description
Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll have :
• Develop the project plan taking into account the issues, complexity, stakeholders and linkages with other projects, while ensuring consistency with business objectives;
• Ensure the completion of deliverables in collaboration with the various contribution managers in order to achieve business objectives and create value, in compliance with agreements, costs and deadlines;
• Functionally supervise and coordinate the internal and external contributors involved in the realization of the project;
• Authorize resource change requests and ensure quality of work and adherence to project governance and methodology;
• Develop risk analyses, assess impacts and define appropriate strategies to control the risk level of the project;




• Perform accountability and presentation of promotion status to the promoter, the steering committee and other decision-making bodies;
• Mobilize stakeholders around a culture of collaboration in a complex context with divergent goals and expectations;
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and managers, especially in the context of project turnaround;
• Demonstrate leadership to manage complex situations, meet challenges and foster buy-in from various stakeholders. The profile we are looking for is as follows:
• Have more than 6 years of relevant experience in information technology and security project management, in large-scale contexts;
• Robust planning, coordination and management skills with multiple stakeholders with divergent objectives;
• Fluency in French and English in order to interact effectively with key English-speaking collaborators and suppliers;
• Hold a PMP, MGP or ACP certification;
• Experience in risk management or within a financial institution;
• Experience in software integration and replatforming projects;
• Hold a master's degree or graduate degree in project management (an asset).
