As a strategic leader in GFL’s Industrial Services division, you will direct end-to-end billing operations and team performance. You will manage distributed Billing Administrators, oversee revenue realization, and support month-end reporting. Process optimization, billing integrity, and operational accountability remain central to the work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct, mentor, and evaluate six or more Billing Administrators
- Manage resources and performance standards during peak execution cycles
- Own billing integrity for a portfolio exceeding $50M annually
- Deliver performance dashboards and accurate, timely billing




- Standardize workflows and support billing automation initiatives

Requirements:

- Three or more years supervising distributed finance or billing teams
- Knowledge of industrial services and project-based field accounting
- ERP proficiency and experience with vendor management platforms
- Experience managing $50M-plus transaction portfolios and financial compliance
- Willingness to travel to branches and industrial field sites
