As a Network Analyst, you will design, implement, maintain, monitor, and secure enterprise network infrastructure. The position supports LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, internet, cloud, guest Wi-Fi, and event connectivity. You will work with IT and Cybersecurity, vendors, and operational departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer wired and wireless switches, routers, firewalls, and controllers
- Configure and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and internet services
- Monitor availability, performance, capacity, logs, and security alerts
- Implement upgrades, patches, refresh initiatives,



and security controls
- Maintain diagrams, configurations, documentation, and network service requests

Requirements:

- Diploma or degree in information technology or related field
- Five to six years supporting enterprise network environments
- Experience with Cisco, Palo Alto, or similar technologies
- Solid analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to perform under pressure during live events
