As an IT Functional Analyst, you will work with Finance, Operations, HR, and other teams to understand needs. You will define requirements, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria. The work spans low-code solutions, automated workflows, Copilot agents, data queries, and system integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand business needs and define successful outcomes
- Map processes and identify simplification or automation opportunities
- Build prototypes, proofs of concept, and low-code solutions
- Query data using SQL or analytical notebooks
- Support testing, adoption, monitoring, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

- Degree or equivalent education and practical experience
- Experience in functional or business analysis
- Ability to learn systems and troubleshoot unfamiliar issues
- Explicit communication and ownership from idea to adoption
- Fluency in French and English
