Lead residential support for adults with intellectual disabilities at Simaril Supported Living, coordinating teams and advancing personal goals. This is a full time position.

The House Leader oversees day-to-day support within a residential program. You will coordinate direct support, encourage informed choices, and help residents build community relationships. The position combines direct support work with administrative and leadership duties.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily support for people receiving residential services
- Guide support workers and delegate tasks as needed
- Communicate with individuals, families, agencies, and management
- Manage records, funds, schedules, payroll, and time
- Facilitate team development and motivation meetings

Requirements:

- Two to three years of direct support work experience
- Leadership and supervisory experience
- DCSP or related post-secondary education
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- First Aid Certification, level C
