Provide respiratory assessment and pulmonary rehabilitation with ConnectWell Community Health across community-based sites throughout the county. This 35-hour position supports respiratory clients and families.

As a Registered Respiratory Therapist, you will work within an interdisciplinary team at ConnectWell Community Health. The work includes spirometry testing, education, pulmonary rehabilitation, and self-management support. Travel among various sites throughout the county is required, with availability for fewer hours welcomed.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- Hold Ontario general registration as a Licensed Respiratory Therapist
- Maintain registration without limitations or restrictions
- Hold current CPR certification

- Demonstrate organizational, interpersonal, communication, and prioritization skills
