Liquid Personnel seeks an experienced Occupational Therapist for Adult Social Care referrals and prevention-focused intervention. You will assess needs, manage risk, prescribe equipment, and support adults, carers, and professionals. The service involves telephone and video assessments, team-oriented working, and defensible decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Triage referrals by priority, risk, and intervention needs
- Complete occupational therapy assessments by telephone and video
- Prescribe standard equipment and minor adaptations




- Escalate safeguarding concerns through statutory procedures
- Maintain timely records and contribute to prevention work

Requirements:

- Occupational therapy experience in Adult Social Care or similar settings
- Experience managing complex cases and risk
- Remote assessment experience is desirable
- Knowledge of Care Act 2014 and housing legislation
- Strong digital, telephone, organisational, and moving-handling skills
