This full-time Operations position reports to the Manager, Operations. You will support customers through service repairs, network maintenance, and reliability work. The role combines Service Technician and Maintenance Technician duties while requiring customer focus, problem-solving, and electronics knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot service issues across outside plant networks
- Resolve faults affecting forward and return paths
- Repair services at customer premises
