Lead AI platform governance at ATB through enterprise administration, MLOps, and operational controls in a hybrid arrangement averaging one to two onsite days weekly.

As Principal, AI Agent Control & Governance, you will oversee AI tools, frontier models, and autonomous agents across ATB. The mandate combines platform operations with agent lifecycle governance, connecting technical development, solution sponsors, and enterprise control functions. Your work supports audit-ready alignment with OSFI E-23, OSFI E-21, and operational safety guardrails.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer frontier models and enterprise AI productivity platforms
- Implement RBAC, tiered permissions, and identity controls
- Optimize AI usage, licensing, cloud spend, and resource allocation




- Establish observability for application health and performance
- Maintain ATB’s authoritative AI Asset Registry

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related technical discipline
- Five-plus years supporting AI or ML platforms
- Five-plus years deploying machine learning models into production
- Hands-on enterprise LLM administration and API integration experience
- Advanced MLOps, orchestration, and DevOps knowledge
