Lead Pega architecture and delivery for TMX in Toronto, applying Pega Blueprint, enterprise integration, and scalable application design in a hybrid mode.

As an experienced Pega Lead System Architect, you will serve as the primary Solution Builder for TMX’s Pega Factory implementation. You will partner with business leaders and a Solution Designer to transform operational vision into resilient digital applications. The work spans the complete Pega Blueprint lifecycle, including Authoring and Value Activation, while supporting maintainability and Build for Change principles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end technical architecture and delivery strategy
- Guide technical builds through Pega Blueprint lifecycle phases
- Mentor System Architects and establish coding standards
- Design REST, SOAP,



and web service integrations
- Identify technical debt, bottlenecks, and performance risks

Requirements:

- Certified Pega Lead System Architect designation or equivalent experience
- Expert hands-on experience executing deliverables from Pega Blueprint
- Deep proficiency in Pega 8.x, Infinity, and Case Management
- Experience with enterprise Data Modeling and modern integration patterns
- Ability to guide cross-functional squads and technical stakeholders
