Drive full-cycle recruitment at Nelson using modern sourcing tools and data for technology, product, and digital hiring. This hybrid contract works two days weekly in office.

As Talent Partner, you will support Nelson’s growth as a K-12 education technology organization. The role manages complex searches across technology, product, digital, publishing, and content. You will partner with hiring leaders to deliver inclusive hiring, candidate communication, and onboarding support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage full-cycle recruitment across assigned role portfolios
- Partner with hiring managers on interviews and hiring decisions
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and referrals
- Build pipelines for current and future hiring needs




- Support current hires through preboarding and early weeks

Requirements:

- Three-plus years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Ed-tech, publishing, K-12, technical, product, or SaaS recruiting
- Experience with ATS, sourcing, and automation tools
- Ability to manage competing priorities during six-month term
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
