Reporting to the Resident Care Manager, this Licensed Practical Nurse manages day-to-day care delivery and supports residents, families, and visitors. The position uses assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to address changing needs. Requirements:

- Graduate of an approved Practical Nurse Program
- Current College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta registration
- Current CPR, First Aid, or equivalent certification
- Strong critical assessment and active listening skills
- Ability to manage changing routines and difficult behaviors
