Within Avigilon, you will develop tooling for video security and access control systems, including AI algorithms. This experienced role focuses on deployment pipelines, APIs, CLI utilities, Infrastructure as Code, and automated remediation. Collaboration with hardware, firmware, and cloud teams supports integrated, reliable technologies across Avigilon/Unity, Pelco, and Alta.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and optimize tested, secured CI/CD deployment pipelines
- Develop APIs, CLI tools, and dashboards for infrastructure self-service
- Manage reproducible infrastructure through Infrastructure as Code




- Analyze distributed-system failures and implement lasting fixes
- Implement telemetry, tracing, alerting, and integration testing

Requirements:

- Three-plus years in system development, integration engineering, or QA automation
- Bachelor's or master's degree in software engineering, computer science, or relevant field
- Proficiency in object-oriented and scripting programming languages
- Robust Linux/Unix internals knowledge
- Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, and HTTP/3 protocols
