Norcada seeks a Technical Solutions Lead focused on photonics systems and optical packaging. You will understand customer requirements, configure product options, and collaborate with product teams on tailored scientific solutions. The work spans proposals, quotations, conferences, and full-cycle support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the technical contact for global photonics customers
- Assess requirements, feasibility, design options, and technical trade-offs
- Prepare proposals and quotations covering specifications and lead times
- Coordinate custom projects across engineering, production,



and customers
- Support conferences, webinars, fulfilment, and after-sales service

Requirements:

- Technical background in photonics, optics, MEMS, or related fields
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented approach to customer projects
- Ability to work in Canada and relocate to Greater Edmonton
- Willingness to travel two to three times annually
