Shape responsible investment across Fengate’s private markets, using sustainability analysis, ESG reporting, and stakeholder engagement in a hybrid leadership role.As Head of Responsible Investment, you will partner with infrastructure, private equity, and real estate investment teams. Your work will assess material sustainability risks and opportunities, strengthen decision-support tools, and address evolving investor, regulatory, and market expectations. You will also support responsible labour priorities with the Head of Government and Labor Relations.Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate sustainability impacts on investment risk and financial performanceStrengthen data, analytics, methodologies, and decision-support toolsQuantify decarbonization and energy-efficiency business casesPrepare SFDR, TCFD/ISSB, GRESB, UNPRI, GRI,



and EDCI reportingSupport investor communications, fundraising, and due diligence responsesRequirements:

Five or more years in ESG, sustainability, asset management, or private marketsStrong understanding of building systems and infrastructure assetsExperience with sustainability value-creation initiatives and decarbonizationKnowledge of private-markets reporting standards and frameworksCPA, CFA, LEED AP, P.Eng., or similar credentials considered an assetBring private-markets sustainability expertise to Fengate, connecting responsible investment analysis with reporting, value creation, and fundraising support.
