Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant General Manager at Kisumar Pizza Ltd. in Brandon Manitoba. The Restaurant General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive profitability while maintaining Brand Standards.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in restaurant management
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in financial management
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced workplace
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Willing to relocate and live in Brandon Manitoba
- Applicant must have class 5 drivers licence




- Applicant must be either a Permanent Resident or a Canadian Citizen

Salary - $52,000 - $58,000 annually Quarterly performance bonuses up to $6,500 per year
