Job Summary

Osmow’s on Arthur Street is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Restaurant Team Member to join our team in Thunder Bay. In this role, you will prepare fresh Mediterranean menu items, serve guests, and help maintain a clean, efficient, and welcoming restaurant. Whether you are starting your career in food service or bringing prior experience, we provide the training and support you need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients and assemble menu items according to company recipes and quality standards
- Greet customers, take orders, and process payments accurately using the POS system
- Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant, equipment, and workstations
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures




- Restock ingredients and supplies and keep workstations organized
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours

Qualifications

- Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience is an asset, but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items as required
- Food Handler Certification is an asset
- Experience with POS systems is an asset
