As Director, Human Resources, you will translate multi-year priorities into annual plans, objectives, and business outcomes. You will lead the HR team while developing junior colleagues through coaching, delegation, and hands-on learning. The role partners with senior HR leadership and business leaders on capability, employee experience, risk, and change.

Key Responsibilities:

- Translate strategy into resourced plans, milestones, owners, and measures
- Coach junior colleagues through feedback, development plans, and assignments
- Build trusted relationships and improve HR service responsiveness
- Partner on succession, recruitment, onboarding,



retention, and leadership development
- Modernize HRIS workflows, reporting, data quality, and self-service

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
- Recognized human resources designation considered an asset
- Ten years of progressive generalist HR experience
- Team leadership and operational delivery accountability
- Proficiency with HRIS, reporting, and Microsoft Office applications
