This experienced Health and Safety Advisor supports diverse projects and collaborative teams. The position requires five or more years in heavy civil, mining, or related industries, with pipeline construction or maintenance knowledge. You will advise operations, monitor regulatory compliance, and support project HS&E; plans.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect work areas and discuss potential problems with field supervisors
- Advise operations on Ledcor’s Health and Safety Management System
- Coordinate safe work procedures, hazard assessments, audits, and investigations
- Conduct HS&E; orientations for employees and subcontractors




- Monitor project HS&E; plan implementation and report effectiveness

Requirements:

- Five or more years of related industry experience
- CRSP, occupational health and safety certificate, diploma, CSO, or NCSO
- Pipeline construction or maintenance technical knowledge
- Risk assessment, training, program development, and investigation experience
- Valid provincial driver’s license, abstract, and drug and alcohol clearance
