Lead complex service operations as Plannera’s Chief Operating Officer in Regina, strengthening member experience, planning and measurable operational performance.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the COO serves on Plannera’s Executive Committee. You will oversee pension and benefits administration, marketing, communications, brand, corporate and client planning, and business development. The mandate connects strategy with coordinated delivery for more than 114,000 members and over 900 employers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead pension and perks administration operations
- Translate priorities into coordinated operational plans
- Improve member experience and service performance
- Lead corporate projects through implementation
- Build relationships with Boards and governing bodies

Requirements:

- Senior leadership experience in complex service operations
- Record of improving customer or member experience
- Sound financial and operational judgment
- Ability to coordinate major cross functional projects
- Board or complex governance experience is an asset
