Lead complex engineering assignments for Wood’s Minerals & Metals team in Saskatoon, Vancouver, or Burlington, using independent technical judgment. Coordinate engineers, designers, clients, and project disciplines across mining projects.

As Project Engineering Manager, you will plan, schedule, assign, supervise, or conduct engineering work. The position requires engineering consulting project experience and demonstrated mining-industry management experience. You will support projects from setup through execution, maintaining technical quality, schedule, budget, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage engineers and designers across assigned mining projects
- Coordinate engineering activities with project disciplines and clients
- Develop project baseline plans, schedules, budgets,



and corrective actions
- Monitor technical progress, productivity, quality, and engineering hours
- Drive project-level health, safety, and workplace programs

Requirements:

- Diploma in Engineering
- Eight to twelve years of progressive engineering consulting experience
- Demonstrated Engineering Manager experience in the mining industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Authorization to work lawfully in Canada without sponsorship
