Lead mining maintenance operations with equipment troubleshooting and scheduling expertise at Elk Valley Resources in British Columbia’s Elk Valley. This role follows a 4x4 day-shift rotation.

Reporting to the Superintendent, Maintenance, the Maintenance Supervisor oversees shop and pit activities. You will coordinate trades, schedules, staffing, and continuous improvement while maintaining company standards. The role requires industrial maintenance experience, team leadership, strong communication, and digital literacy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct equipment troubleshooting and determine root causes
- Oversee heavy, medium, and light equipment repairs
- Manage work schedules, controls, and preventive maintenance compliance
- Supervise contractors and employees,



including performance evaluations
- Manage downtime, schedule compliance, and labor-factor indicators

Requirements:

- Trade certification, technical diploma, degree, or equivalent experience
- Industrial maintenance and maintenance reliability experience
- Experience supervising or leading teams
- Microsoft Office proficiency and solid digital literacy
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License or equivalent
