Lead Toptal’s remote Cloud Services practice with hybrid cloud architecture and DevOps expertise. Shape technical standards, offerings, and client solutions globally.

As Practice Director, you will lead and develop solution architects delivering hybrid cloud and DevOps services. You will set technical vision, guide pre-sales, and build scalable offerings. The work spans AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure-as-Code. You will collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Marketing, and Talent Operations to grow the practice.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and grow solution architects
- Define hybrid cloud architecture standards and design patterns
- Shape proposals, presentations, and client solution approaches
- Develop scalable migration, DevOps,



and platform offerings
- Manage capacity, partnerships, metrics, and strategic engagements

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- 15+ years in cloud, infrastructure, or DevOps engineering
- 5+ years leading solution architects or senior engineers
- Deep AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud architecture expertise
- Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and SRE
