AtkinsRéalis seeks a Senior Counsel for its Nuclear Legal Affairs team, reporting to the Senior Director, Legal Affairs Candu. You will support major infrastructure projects from opportunity development through execution. The work spans construction law, commercial contracting, project delivery, and risk allocation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead legal support from prospect development through contract award and execution
- Structure and negotiate development, framework, supply-chain, and consortium agreements
- Advise on EPC, EPCM, alliance, IPD, and hybrid delivery models
- Develop risk allocation for schedule, pricing, liability, claims,



and governance
- Support executive risk reviews and recommend practical mitigations

Requirements:

- Canadian law license and good-standing law society membership
- Seven or more years of relevant legal experience
- Experience with major infrastructure, nuclear, energy, or industrial projects
- Strong construction law and complex commercial contracting experience
- Executive communication, analytical, drafting, and advocacy skills
