Digital Cloud Solution Architect (L2)

Location: Vancouver, British Columbia (Remote)

Role Overview

The Digital Cloud Solution Architect (L2) is a customer-facing role focused on driving the adoption and consumption of enterprise AI and cloud solutions. The architect collaborates with customers to understand business challenges, translate requirements into practical agentic AI use cases, and facilitate deployment to deliver measurable value. This position requires strong technical depth to guide configuration, deployment, governance, and scaling of advanced collaboration and AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with enterprise customers to increase usage and adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Cowork, and AI agents.
- Understand customer business challenges and translate them into functional agentic AI use cases.
- Provide technical guidance across cloud productivity suites, identity governance, security, and data readiness.
- Design, deploy, and operationalize collaborative and agentic solutions aligned with strategic business outcomes.
- Identify and resolve technical blockers related to identity, security, compliance, licensing, and platform readiness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, partners, and internal teams to influence positive implementation outcomes.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.

Experience: Two or more years of experience with Microsoft 365 and enterprise cloud technologies, alongside two or more years of customer-facing experience managing technical projects and stakeholder relationships.

Technical Skills: Hands-on experience deploying, configuring,



and driving adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Microsoft Cowork, and Microsoft Copilot Studio. Detailed technical knowledge of Microsoft security and compliance technologies, including Microsoft Entra, Conditional Access, identity governance, Microsoft Purview, sensitivity labels, data loss prevention, and AI data governance.

Preferred Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience translating complex business problems into structured, agent-based AI solutions.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications in cloud architecture, security, or modern workplace technologies.
