You will coordinate complex care plans with interdisciplinary teams and care providers, while guiding nursing and personal care staff. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop complex resident care plans with interdisciplinary teams
- Implement, review, and evaluate resident care plans
- Provide resident education and support
- Plan, direct, supervise, and evaluate staff work
- Guide nursing and personal care staff

Requirements:

- Current Registered Nurse registration in the applicable province
- Experience working with seniors and unregulated care providers
- Solid communication, critical thinking, and time management skills
- Clinical knowledge and ability to delegate appropriately
- Current Vulnerable Position/Sector Screening within three months
