As Design Manager, you will report to the Senior Design Manager within Graham’s Buildings Division. You will manage pre-construction design processes, consultant teams, and design coordination. The work supports quality, timely deliverables, design compliance, and project execution across hospitals, schools, entertainment venues, and multi-family residences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead design management from inception through execution
- Drive risk management, area checks, and layout optimization
- Coordinate clash detection to reduce project rework




- Manage and mentor consultants and internal teams
- Provide technical leadership during pre-construction and execution

Requirements:

- Degree in Engineering or Architecture
- 10+ years of Security or Defense Experience and Design-Build leadership
- Awareness of secure or defense project requirements
- Proficiency with MS Office, BIM tools, Navisworks, and Revit
- LEED, PMP, P.Eng, CPP, or PSP considered assets
