Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources, this Business Partner collaborates with employees at every level. The position provides guidance on legislation, policies, Collective Bargaining Agreements, and employee conduct. It also supports organizational design, conflict resolution, performance management, recruitment, and labour relations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise clients on legislation, policies, conduct rules, and culture
- Support job design, organizational structures, and HR processes
- Coach managers on performance, attendance, succession, and discipline




- Assist labour relations and grievance process administration
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, investigations, and special projects

Requirements:

- Degree or diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Experience with unionized industrial or manufacturing HR and labour relations
- Knowledge of labour and employment legislation
- Advanced Microsoft Office, HRIS, and workforce data analysis skills
- Solid communication, negotiation, facilitation, and confidentiality skills
