Reporting to the Manager of Nutrition and Food Services, this supervisor oversees assigned areas within Western Zone. The work includes meal delivery, employee leadership, administrative support, and quality assurance. Patient safety, coordination, and efficient operations remain central to the position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise front-line employees across assigned work areas
- Coordinate daily meal service and delivery operations
- Ensure safe, effective food service operations
- Support quality assurance and food safety improvements




- Assist management with administrative and operational functions

Requirements:

- Nutrition degree or recognized Food and Nutrition Management course
- Advanced Food Safety Certification and HACCP Training
- Two years of recent relevant leadership or operations experience preferred
- Leadership, coaching, judgment, and conflict resolution skills
- Nova Scotia driver's license and reliable vehicle
