Lead MPD automation through PLC programming, electrical design, and rig-site support across office, workshop, and land or offshore locations.

The MPD Automation Manager owns controls and electrical delivery from concept through deployment. You lead automation engineers, electrical designers, and technicians while serving as final technical authority. The work spans PLC, HMI, SCADA, industrial networks, control panels, motors, drives, instrumentation, testing, commissioning, and field support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own PLC, HMI, and SCADA software for MPD systems
- Approve schematics, panel layouts, wiring diagrams, and BOMs
- Select motors, drives, actuators, sensors, and network hardware
- Lead FAT, SAT, commissioning, and field troubleshooting
- Develop teams, budgets,

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in relevant engineering
- 10+ years industrial automation experience, including three leadership years
- Expert Rockwell or Siemens PLC programming and HMI development
- Electrical design experience using EPLAN or comparable software
- Familiarity with hazardous areas, industrial networks, FAT, and commissioning
