As Lead Technical Program Manager, you will manage concurrent hybrid cloud programs from intake through closure. Translate strategy into measurable outcomes while coordinating engineers, architects, finance, product, security, risk, architecture, and compliance partners. Use scaled agile delivery and AI-enabled ways of working.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end delivery across AWS, Azure, and on-premises programs
- Manage dependencies, resources, costs, risks, and delivery trade-offs
- Map production pathways, readiness gaps, and technical ownership
- Set go/no-go criteria and lead release readiness decisions
- Report RAID logs, metrics, and status to senior stakeholders
Requirements:
- Seven-plus years leading technical programs
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Cloud, infrastructure, or platform delivery experience
- Understanding of CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and change approval
- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence
