Faction Bike Studio is looking for a Product Manager, Strategy to join its team. You will lead our strategic projects from the initial proposal to the final client presentation, act as the main point of contact between our clients and internal teams, manage our company database, and support the leadership team with internal management and strategy initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

Strategic projects

- Understand client needs and challenges to define the scope of strategic projects.

- Write service proposals, including effort estimates, planning, and quoting.

- Plan and coordinate project delivery with our multidisciplinary teams.

- Carry out the research and analysis each project needs (market, users, competition, product positioning).





- Track schedule, budget, and deliverable quality throughout each project.

- Prepare and present strategic deliverables and recommendations to clients.

Company database

- Administer, structure, and keep the company database up to date (clients, projects, opportunities, strategic information).

- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and quality.

- Build tools and reports that use the data to support decision-making.

Leadership support

- Support the management team on various internal management and strategy initiatives.

- Contribute to company strategy, process improvement, and the rollout of current initiatives.

- Prepare analyses, presentations, and recommendations for leadership.

Requirements:

- Three to five years of experience in product management, strategy, or project management, ideally in consulting or product development.

- University degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

- Excellent analytical, synthesis, and communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Comfortable presenting to clients and explaining strategic recommendations clearly.

- Experience preparing proposals and estimating projects is an asset.

- Comfortable working with databases or CRM tools.

- Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple projects at once.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English, as our clients are located around the world.

- A passion for bikes and the cycling industry is a major asset.
