As Regional Leader, NSW, you will guide an integrated multidisciplinary team within Inhabit, part of the Egis Group. You will develop people, translate strategy into measurable outcomes, and support high-performance building envelope projects. The role spans design, documentation, construction, budgets, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary façade and sustainability team
- Set priorities, goals, KPIs, workload, and capability plans
- Manage budgets, forecasting, invoicing, revenue pipelines, and cash flow
- Provide technical oversight across façade systems and specialty structures




- Coordinate project delivery, inspections, testing, compliance, and issue resolution

Requirements:

- Significant façade engineering or building envelope consulting experience
- Engineering, Architecture, or related degree qualification essential
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and developing others
- Project delivery experience across design, documentation, and construction phases
- Solid commercial, stakeholder engagement, decision-making, and influencing skills
