Excelitas seeks a Production Buyer III to purchase materials against forecasts and firm sales orders. You will support supplier selection, purchasing, delivery schedules, inventory levels, and Recent Product Introduction programs. The work includes quotes, purchase orders, commodities, and ERP updates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Obtain quotes and recommend options for production quantities
- Track purchase orders and maintain required delivery dates
- Expedite shipments through suppliers, transportation companies, and customs brokers




- Monitor manufacturing stock and release products from blanket orders
- Support NPI sourcing, quoting, and purchase orders

Requirements:

- Post-secondary business-related education
- Purchasing certification or ASCM membership or enrolment
- Microsoft Office knowledge, including Excel PivotTables and VLOOKUPs
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with ISO or FDA-compliant environments is an asset
