Munich Re is hiring a Claims Examiner to handle, evaluate, reserve, and resolve multi-line claims. The position focuses primarily on Commercial Property, COC, and specialty lines while supporting internal, external, and global stakeholders. You will maintain claim information, manage exposures, and provide administrative support to the claims department.

Key Responsibilities:

- Interpret coverage and identify issues under insurance contracts
- Investigate, assess, reserve, and resolve multi-line claims
- Maintain claim files, reserves, payments, logs, and documents
- Direct adjusters, counsel,



and external claim service providers
- Present claims and prepare Large Loss Reports

Requirements:

- University degree; law, business, or finance is an asset
- Seven to ten years of multi-line claims experience
- Commercial property claims experience and insurance acumen
- Excellent analytical, negotiating, investigative, and communication skills
- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook proficiency
