Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Project Manager leads assigned projects from bidding through completion. You will organize, direct, coordinate, and control project work while managing cost estimates, gross profit, schedules, quality, and client communication. This role requires construction leadership across project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guide projects forward with support from project teams
- Ensure site safety meets policy and legislation
- Coordinate cost, schedule, quality, and project operations
- Maintain client satisfaction through communication and timely responses

Requirements:

- Five to ten years running commercial construction projects
- Experience with industrial and institutional building construction
- Post-secondary education in engineering or construction-related studies
- Familiarity with estimating, scheduling, and subcontract coordination
- Effective stakeholder communication and exceptional teamwork skills
