Lead data centre delivery at Fluor with HSE leadership and commercial project controls across mission-critical facilities and complex execution phases.

As Project Director, you will manage medium to large-scale data centre projects exceeding 60MW and mission-critical facilities. The work spans preconstruction, procurement, construction, commissioning, and turnover. You will guide technical, commercial, stakeholder, and delivery activities under Fluor requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead data centre projects through commissioning and turnover
- Maintain HSE culture across every project phase
- Manage budgets, schedules, baselines, and change control
- Coordinate Owner ICT teams, vendors, and design teams
- Deliver reporting, start-up, close-out,



and contract compliance

Requirements:

- Four-year applicable degree and twelve years’ related experience
- Or sixteen years’ combined education and directly related experience
- Technical knowledge necessary to complete project responsibilities
- Effective communication with clients, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders
- Ability to travel to site locations when required
