Monitor Home Office technology in Hendon as a Junior IT Operations Analyst using enterprise tools, incident management, and real-time service oversight. Work full time on rotating shifts supporting operational continuity.

As a Junior Operations Analyst within the IT Operations Centre, you will monitor infrastructure, networks, applications, and services. You will raise and track incidents, support resolution activities, and coordinate with Home Office Digital teams and suppliers. The role supports 24/7/365 service recovery and agreed service levels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor infrastructure, networks, and applications for alerts
- Raise incidents using Service Management toolsets
- Track incidents and produce supporting reports




- Provide detailed issue updates during shift handovers
- Verify monitoring setups and maintain operational documentation

Requirements:

- Understanding of ITOC and ITIL management policies
- Ability to work two days and two nights
- Availability for weekends and bank holidays
- Ability to attend early and overnight shifts
- Willingness to travel occasionally to Home Office locations
