This contract full time Public Health Nurse serves within Health Services, Family Health, for 18 months. The work supports healthy growth and development during the early years, while contributing to programs and services for children and families. The schedule is 35 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, with possible evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays based on operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support children and families during the early years
- Deliver Family Health programs and services
- Address changing client needs through coordinated work




- Contribute to improved population health status
- Help reduce health disparities across communities

Requirements:

- Public health nursing experience and professional capabilities
- Availability for hybrid work in Mississauga
- Availability Monday through Friday, 35 hours weekly
- Possible evening, weekend, and statutory holiday availability
- Commitment to supporting children and families
