Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Supervisor leads six to 25 employees across canning and kegging operations. You will coordinate labour, materials, and equipment while supporting bottling, sanitation, and repack activities. The position emphasizes food safety, quality assurance, employee engagement, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coach, train, and manage performance for six to 25 employees
- Conduct safety audits, toolbox talks, and incident investigations
- Coordinate production resources to meet schedules safely and on time
- Monitor quality standards and resolve issues with Quality Assurance




- Improve equipment reliability through root cause analysis and collaboration

Requirements:

- Five years manufacturing experience in a unionized setting
- Two years supervisory experience and secondary school diploma
- Knowledge of quality assurance, food safety, and manufacturing practices
- Safety leadership experience involving audits, investigations, and compliance
- Availability for rotating days, afternoons, and nights shifts
