Support diverse learners as an Inclusion Support Teacher using case management and inclusive programming across School District 71. Itinerant work may span multiple schools.

This 1.0 FTE teacher supports students with low-incidence designations and complex learning needs. The IST collaborates with families, school teams, district staff, and community partners. Responsibilities include IEPs, SSPs, PBSPs, assessment-informed planning, UDL, differentiated instruction, and coordinated services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage cases for students with complex learning needs
- Develop, monitor, and review student support plans
- Design inclusive programming with classroom teachers
- Coordinate services, meetings, documentation, and reporting
- Coach educational assistants through collaborative planning

Requirements:

- Valid BC Teaching Certificate
- Three to five years supporting diverse learners
- Training in Inclusive Education or related areas
- Strong case management and consultation skills
- Ability to manage complex caseloads across school sites
