Support facility management for the Government of Nunavut in Pond Inlet, managing delegated resources and regional program delivery. This indeterminate position reports to a Regional Facility Manager.

As Facility Manager, you will service the Government of Nunavut’s inventory of owned facilities within a specified region. The work involves supporting the Facility Management Program and managing human, financial, material, and contracted resources. Responsibilities follow the Nunavut Land Claims Agreement, GN Acts, regulations, guidelines, policies, and the Collective Agreement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support delivery of the Facility Management Program
- Service the Government of Nunavut’s owned facilities inventory
- Manage delegated human resources within the defined scope




- Manage delegated financial and material resources
- Manage delegated contracted resources according to requirements

Requirements:

- Ability to work within a specified region
- Ability to operate within delegated program authority
- Ability to follow Nunavut Land Claims Agreement requirements
- Ability to follow GN Acts, regulations, guidelines, and policies
- Ability to work within the Collective Agreement
