As a Business Data Analyst on the Operational Business Intelligence team, you will strengthen analytical excellence across Canadian Operations. You will explore, model, and visualize data while translating complex findings into recommendations. Your work will help partners act on trends, correlations, anomalies, and other insights.

Key Responsibilities:

- Craft data narratives supporting business partner decisions
- Analyze trends, correlations, anomalies, and valuable business insights
- Recommend improvements using insights uncovered in data
- Design reports and visualizations for operations leaders

Requirements:

- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline
- Two to three years using analytics technologies
- SQL, Tableau, statistical methods, software, and analysis experience
- UX-focused visualization and decision enablement experience
- Excellent communication, presentation, storytelling, and synthesis skills
