Oversee retail property performance with accounting expertise, Yardi knowledge, and subcontractor management for CT REIT’s Canadian portfolio.

This Regional Manager, Property Management role supports income-producing commercial properties, including Canadian Tire Corporation, Limited as CT REIT’s most significant tenant.

Responsibilities span budgets, rent collection, maintenance, contracts, staffing, emergencies, and special projects. You will travel within the assigned geographic area.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor portfolio finances, rent rolls, write-offs, and revenue streams

Liaise with tenants on daily property management issues

Respond to after-hours emergency calls when required

Negotiate subcontractor terms and monitor service performance





Direct staff activities, goals, evaluations, and operational communication

Requirements

Five to seven years in property management or retail environments

Experience with Yardi Property Management Software

Excellent accounting and business management capabilities

Robust planning, organizing, mentoring, and coaching abilities

Recognized CFM, CPM, FMA, RPA, CSM, or ASM designation

Use retail portfolio management, Yardi, accounting, and people leadership skills to support CT REIT property operations.
