As Versapay’s first GTM Engineer within Revenue Operations, you will own solutions from problem discovery through measurement. You will improve lead-to-account matching, qualification, routing, alerts, meeting booking, and campaign handoffs. You will also create automated plays from website activity, product engagement, job changes, renewal, and expansion triggers.

Key Responsibilities

Own inbound paths from form fills to first rep touch

Build lead matching, qualification, routing, alerts, and SLAs

Design signal-based plays for Sales and Marketing

Convert signals into tasks, alerts, enrollments,



or account briefs

Coordinate campaign follow-up and event lead processing

Requirements

4+ years in technical GTM, marketing operations, or sales automation

Experience at a B2B SaaS company

Deep working knowledge of Salesforce data relationships

Hands-on production workflow experience in an automation platform

Track record of measurable time savings or conversion improvement

Use inbound orchestration, signal-based automation, Salesforce, and measurable execution to accelerate Versapay’s revenue pipeline.
