This Reverse Logistics Supervisor oversees client-requested and carrier-initiated returns, transfers, and OS&D; activities. You will coordinate freight tendering, shipment monitoring, receiving reports, and communications with Clients, Metro Claims, and Operations. The work requires consistent processes, timelines, documentation, and warehouse quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Investigate discrepancies through carrier platforms and internal systems
- Prepare receiving reports and maintain complete documentation
- Manage BOLs for returns to correct vendors
- Coordinate inbound receiving with departments and vendors
- Oversee SOP compliance across RVL warehouse operations

Requirements:

- Five years of warehouse experience
- Two years in a leadership role, preferably within Lastmile
- Knowledge of TMS and transport routing software
- Previous WMS experience
- Customer centricity and problem-solving decision making
