Design RF circuits and antenna systems at Sonova, using simulation and measurement expertise within a team-customized hybrid work model. Help advance hearing technology worldwide. As an RF Developer, you will develop wireless communication systems from early concepts through product integration and certification.

You will work within Sonova’s Electronic Systems & RF team, applying antenna design, RF measurements, simulations, and PCB-based circuit development. Your work supports next-generation wireless platforms for creative hearing solutions. Collaboration with multidisciplinary engineering teams and internal and external partners is central to the position.

Key Responsibilities

- Define specifications for RF circuits and antenna systems
- Design and optimize PCB antennas and RF circuits




- Create verification strategies and perform RF solution testing
- Evaluate antennas and transceivers using RF simulations
- Lead RF compliance and certification activities Requirements:
- Master’s degree in electronics, electrical engineering, or telecommunications
- RF design experience within an R&D; environment
- Expertise with CST Studio Suite or similar RF simulation tools
- Experience using VNAs, spectrum analyzers, and antenna systems
- Fluent written and spoken English; German or French advantageous Apply RF design, antenna, simulation, and certification expertise to wireless hearing solutions developed by Sonova.
