As Service Manager, you will implement service strategy and manage day-to-day operations within ABB Robotics Canada. You will own unit P&L; performance, guide service productivity, develop offerings, and support customer engagement. The role reports to the Business Manager - Operations and Portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Create and implement service strategy with management

Monitor P&L;, productivity, investments, and customer satisfaction

Improve existing services and develop new offerings

Build customer relationships alongside sales teams

Guide and develop direct and indirect reports

Requirements

12+ years managing service or aftermarket operations

Robotics industry experience is an asset

Experience managing budgets, P&L;, and operational KPIs

Success developing high-performing customer-focused teams

Solid leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
