As an independent Authorized Dealer of Rogers Communications, we work directly with customers to introduce wireless, mobile, and telecommunications solutions that fit their needs.

What You'll Do: Rogers Team Lead

- Connect with customers face-to-face to understand their needs and introduce relevant Rogers products and services.
- Build positive customer relationships through friendly, professional communication.
- Support daily sales activities and help the team reach performance goals.
- Assist with coordinating team initiatives and maintaining an organized, productive environment.
- Help encourage team collaboration, accountability, and consistent performance.
- Develop product knowledge and strengthen sales, customer service, and leadership abilities.
- Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing development activities.
