Ace Peak Solutions is looking for a motivated and people-oriented Rogers Team Lead to join our growing team in Ottawa! Working alongside as an Authorized Representative of Rogers to connect customers with wireless, internet, and mobile solutions that fit their everyday needs.

As a Rogers Team Lead, you'll be involved in customer engagement, sales development, and helping create a positive experience for both customers and team members. You'll also have the opportunity to strengthen your leadership, communication, and business development skills while contributing to team goals. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has a natural ability to communicate, and is ready to take on more responsibility.

What You'll Be Doing Rogers Team Lead

- Lead by example when engaging with customers and introducing Rogers wireless and internet solutions.
- Help customers explore available products, services, and introduce relevant home service solutions and promotions based on their needs.
- Support daily sales activities and encourage effective sales practices while helping the team stay focused on performance goals.
- Build strong customer relationships through friendly, professional, and knowledgeable interactions.
- Assist with developing team communication, confidence, and customer engagement skills.
- Monitor sales performance and help identify opportunities for improvement.
- Promote lasting customer relationships by delivering dependable service and thoughtful follow-up support.
- Bring fresh ideas to customer acquisition, sales strategies, and team development.
